I have committed identity theft?

My neighbor sent ebony internal magazine subscriptions cousins and my cousin does not know what to do as a joke, he I sent her neighbor a free sample of Huggies magazine and marriage. Now he tells me that I signed up for subscriptions and says he's going to sue for identity theft, I am a small actual amount of money right now and said that if does not pay me, sue me. Did I commit identity theft or is that just a smokescreen?

I would say I can not prove I do and I'll sue for harassment, if not stop harassing me about it.
