Where I can find a wedding dress on the beach?

I live in Miami, FL. I tried David's Bridal and found nothing. And buy online (I'm afraid not what I expected) I'm on a tight budget and do not want to spend 500.00 on a dress I'll wear for a few hours. I want something simple but with a brightness slightly. Only suggestions seriously!
