Where I can make my wedding dress?

I'm trying to decide where to get my wedding dress. I want to keep it under $ 300, if possible, and try to design very simple. In fact, I decided to find a bridesmaid in white or light colored I love that dress. Does anyone have suggestions where to look another location for David's Bridal. I like things that I just want the opportunity to look around some places first. Thanks! ps. We are in the Dayton / Cincinnati area
