Parade dressed in Cincinnati?

I'm Miss American National for my second year in Ohio and I need a floor length gown. I really want Poofy dress but not too effeminate. I would also like shiny sequins on it. I have 12, so I need a dress apporopriate old and I said to one of remnants of clothing party like a 1 or a 0. I can not use anything more than that. But I have a size 16 in junior bridesmaid David's Bridal, but Poofy dresses. I already tried Macys, Dillards and DEB and they had my size. I also tried a few shops for the bride to read. I will try and Brooke Wedding Wendy's Bridal … I saw a Wendy's on-line dress, but did not say how he was, but it Probally about $ 300. Please, if you know any good place where I really need help cuz im too stressed and I'm going only 3 weeks. Thank you. : D
