different colored dress Ministry of Health bridesmaids?

I was wondering your opinion on this point. My dress is white and David Apple Red Bridal. We want our wedding colors of black, white and red. "I can put my ministry of Health in a black dress with red accents (or chassis) and ladies of honor in red with black accents / scarf? Or should I put them in red? I have very different forms of bridesmaids, so I decided to let them choose different styles of clothing, but keeping the color and length of the same thing.
