Any stores that sell prom dresses?

I graduated this year and needs a dress for prom! I am looking for clothing that like a princess ball gown. (Great around the bottom, Puffy know the kind) is stored in North Vancouver, British Columbia that sell dresses? even Shops wedding that can help sell.
