What the hell you put a tea party?

Ok, in Auguest 3, my aunt, my mom planned a surprise wedding shower, and some of its tea. The invitation said the dress for tea. What would dress for tea? I have a green shirt, another of the shirts, so much as a shirt, like the pieces of his shirt white and green polka dot jersey is the main, and white polka dot cuffs. If I use it and get a knee-length black skirt on, and wear flats, would this be good? Otherwise, any suggestions of what you could use?
