How do I contact Allure Bridal?

I bought a wedding gown by Allure from The Bridal Super Store in Indianapolis. They have been nothing but a headache and will not help me. The dress they ordered is the wrong size than I measured for and also has strings and threads hanging off everywhere. I have never spent this much money on one item in my entire life and refuse to accept a dress that is not perfect. I understand I will have to get it altered but the dress is 5 sizes to big! I want to see what I can do. I don’t know where else to go.
