Darling, the best way to check if a seller is legitimate, is to write the ID of the seller, Article no. then go to ebay (cat) to give the details, which will advise you if there was any probs with this seller. VIP: Do not pay by Paypal if and creates a little more than a safety net. I looked @ the dress (which is beautiful by the way), I browse the site and read comments from other buyers, they all seem happy with the clothes she bought, and only 1 negative in the last 12 months. It is a power seller on eBay and PayPal preferred, but to relieve the mind in touch @ years eBay 'live chat'. I bought a lot outside of eBay and so far no probs, but always do your research Good luck
