Has anyone used Volle’s Bridal Shoppe in Lake Zurich, IL?

Has anyone used Volle’s Bridal Shoppe in Lake Zurich, IL/ Are they reputable? Can anyone recommend a good bridal store in the Northwest Chicago suburbs?

I went there looking for a wedding dress and they were terrible. I told the saleswoman over and over again what kind of wedding dress I wanted specifically and she kept coming in with dresses completely opposite! Plus they put you on the spot and try to barter with you by negotiating a price. My saleslady was really rude and walked away when I didn’t answer her fast enough about a certain dress.

I think there is a bridal shop in Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg.
