bridal canon wedding march
The first time I played the piano at a wedding. Please help!?

I just need to know what to do everything. Paso a Paso. I really do not know how marriages work so if anyone can tell me what happens step by step I would appreciate. I heard that you should play while people are in a position to know how long before the wedding should I start? (All parts do you recommend?), Then play something when the groom arrived at the altar? I can play Gun (arrangement by George Winston) for the bride. And it did not take a piece of the procession. And then … Wedding Set for March, when she leaves. But is it really? Please help as I can. Thank you very much:)

All the classics that you know would be great for the preludes. I usually start playing 20 minutes before the ceremony that people are sitting. Usually, the groom does not have a special song that came in, but may want one. Something to do. For the prelude, play a kind, gentle, songs optimistic and know if you have not learn much new. A couple of good choices for bridesmaids, if the wife has nothing to mind: Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring, Minutet in G (Two pieces of Bach). To prelude, not the songs you already know, I love playing for Finland (O confidence) Sibelius, very simple, very easy, but again if you can drag as guests are seated. Schumann Nocturne is nice too. If you are familiar with Handel's Water Music, up … Personally, I have found all provisions easy. Reflections of Mendelssohn is also a good prelude well. After the couple leaves and you've played the wedding march, I recommend reading Trumpet Volunteer. In fact, I prefer that on Mars. After that, customers are gone, you should take a calm and upbeat music as the prelude, but I chose songs fast-tempo to reflect the joy in the room. You can also repeat the songs you've played as the prelude. You will probably be invited to attend trials and you should ask the bride and her father is in the hallway while playing Canon in D to find a good place that comes to mind. You do not want to play, after she stopped walking, and the pastor or the share of father married again or say something you do not want to interrupt. Repetition is also a time to practice bridesmaids walked slowly towards women or song you have chosen so that A) they recognize as his signal to enter the alley and B) You know how much time to play or need to repeat it. There must be someone in the back that lets you know when it's time that the ladies of honor to come on the road. Since the bride is usually immediately after bridesmaids, but also to be understood as a sign you do not have a planner and you may end his song, shortly after all the bridesmaids are in their place or you see a sign someone in the back that the bride is ready. Hope you do not want to overwhelm, but I want some of this information while playing for my first marriage. Also, try to practice in the church or place where the wedding will take place as some piano / keyboards / organs have personalities configuration you can adjust different. Another thing I always have a copy of my music and created in order to move so I can practice the transition from one song to another. A Once you do things the way I want, I put in a folder so you can see both sides of the music (open book style), then the tape back and forth to turn pages easily together. I hope that can be explained … Have fun, have fun and soon you can play at weddings all the time!
