Has anyone tried Bridal Bootcamp? My plan work?
I was wondering if anyone has had success with Cynthia Bridal Bootcamp? I need to lose 10 pounds in August after my diet and training. Breakfast: oatmeal with cinnamon and blueberries 1/2c 4egg whites with vegetables cooked in LDCs Snack: protein shake with water and strawberries Lunch: steamed cabbage or 1 / 2 sweet potatoes, grilled chicken or 1 slice of bread with roasted red pepper Ezikiel 4:9, tuna and steamed broccoli with lemon Snack: 10 almonds apple, 1/2c nonfat cottage cheese with 10almonds, or celery with natural green 1tbs pbutter dinner steamed with a unit of grilled chicken MTRF I go to a class 6 hours, then turn a lift weights at 9am. My job is in an office, but I try to walk or something during the day before work. IF ABS W and run in the morning and no / calves. and T / R nights I do yoga. I need to lose weight in the waist, hips, thighs, and squeeze your buttocks. How long should I keep this system b4 I can add other things, or should remain as it is?
