Prom makeup ideas anyone?

So I’m trying to figure out what makeup I should do for prom. My dress is black and one shouldered, sort of modern Grecian, I guess. I have no necklace, and my earrings are clip-ons from the 50′s (aurora borealis beads, in case you’re wondering) that are short and round. I have pretty pale skin, hazel/brown eyes, and light brown hair. I don’t think color would be the best idea but I’m open to try almost anything. Any ideas would be much appreciated, I’m pretty creative

gold eyeshadow, fake eyelashes. the coolest mascara ive ever used is by Covergirl and its called eaxact eyelights. you get whatever tube that is made for your eye color and it makes your eyes sparkle
get your brows shaped
lipstick that matches your dress
get some highlighter/luminizer and add drops to your foundation for allover radiance (itll make your face look fresh and the cheekbones will pop with color)
use yellow concelears to cover dark circles under eyes,

these are some ideas that should work if you want a nice fresh look without looking like a stripper
